'Nicky' Burn had a dairy on the farm at the beginning of the century.

Our dairy contains various utensils used for butter making including, cream settling pans , butter churns in use from 1880, butter pats and weighing scales.

There's also a dairymaid's yoke along with some early milk churns and local milk bottles.
